Biographie de l'intervenant : Professor Ken Kamoche is Professor of HRM at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, and director of the Africa Research Group. He obtained his DPhil at Oxford University. He previously worked as Lecturer at Birmingham University and Associate Professor at City University of Hong Kong. Ken has held visiting professorships at various universities in the UK, Australia, Asia and Africa. His current research interests include international HRM, organizational improvisation, knowledge management and Africa-China business relations. His work has appeared in journals such as the Journal of Management Studies, Human Relations, Organization Studies, British Journal of Management, and the International Journal of Human Resource Management. Ken has also published four books including Organizational Improvisation, and Understanding Human Resource Management.
