II.1 Education : new programs and new practices

Université Paris Dauphine - PSL combines the best of a university and top professional school to deliver research-based multidisciplinary education.
The year 2022 was marked by the creation of a a Double Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Organizational Sciences.
II.2. Dauphine Numérique : IA and society

Dauphine Numérique is a major cross-cutting, multidisciplinary project that aims to develop a reflexive approach to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and examine its methods, usages, and effects
It combines high-level academic research with specialized course offerings.
First paired dissertations, launching of the PSL — ACSS Institute, “Ex Machina” Podcast, opening of the PariSanté Campus are all projects that have made the news.
II.3. Research : scientific work

With its six laboratories, research is at the heart of teaching at Université Paris Dauphine – PSL.
A selection of twelve projects from the scientific work conducted in 2021-2022 is summarized in the following pages, with two projects profiled per laboratory. The work of the Dauphine teams involves both basic research and delving into the major social challenges of the 21st century, whether it’s conducting a study on Mean Field Game Theory, which was presented at the 29th International Congress of Mathematicians, or the list experiment survey on insecurity in Mali.
III. General Direction, commitment and responsibility
III.1. Dauphine Durable and university social responsibility : climate, equality and solidarity at Dauphine

University Social Responsibility is a key priority, alongside the Dauphine Durable program, and it is a major strategic focus for Université Paris Dauphine – PSL. There is a dedicated leadership team in place to support this program, as well as a new advisory body: the Environmental and Social Council.

Université Paris Dauphine - PSL also pursues an active policy in the development of its social responsibility through several initiatives: Equal Opportunities program, watchdog against sexual and gender-based violence and discrimination, Action Plan on Gender Equality in the Workplace, Multi-Year Disability Master plan and healthcare and mental health support.
III.2. Human Resources : a collaborative approach

The well-being of everyone in the Dauphine community is a constant concern.
Since the end of 2021, communication, collaborative efforts and establishing working groups have been central to the Human Resources policy at Université Paris Dauphine – PSL in order to strengthen teams, improve compensation and gain maximum benefit from the implementation of the measures required by legislation, even going beyond them.
IV. International : a university that is open to the world

Université Paris Dauphine – PSL’s presence spans across five continents. Its campuses in Paris, London and Tunis, its off-site programs and its academic partnerships with more than 200 institutions across the world, help to ensure the university’s strong international reputation.
Today, the university is stepping up its international strategy, to include a new structure for academic partnerships, providing a greater range of courses taught in English, encouraging Dauphine students to consider international student mobility programs, and giving our research a more international focus.
V. New Campus : due to be completed in 2027

The Université Paris Dauphine – PSL Paris campus is transforming to become worthy of the ambitions of the university: forefront of digital; and innovative when it comes to research, teaching, and learning.
From 2027 onwards, students, research professors and researchers from around the world will benefit from a brighter, more modern and more accessible building with a reduced energy footprint.
