Program Objectives

The MIAGE Computer Science for Business Intelligence track aims to provide students with scientific skills to improve how organizations function by using software tools for business intelligence and applying a scientific approach. So the goal is to enable future professionals to acquire dual expertise in computer science.

Program objectives:

  • Gain extensive skills in general computer science and computer science for business intelligence (databases, data warehouses, new information technologies, etc.)
  • Gain scientific skills to understand organizations and their strategic imperatives and improve how they function
  • Be able to model and solve decision-making problems using various decision support tools
