This teaching examines the understanding of human behavior within organizations and the functioning of organizations and the management of human behavior within organizations.

It covers several themes: the management of individuals in the organization, management of groups, managing organizations, managing organizational processes, managing in a dynamic environment, the management of international and multicultural dimensions of organizational behavior.
