Competition law and enforcement of the European Union to train practionners for them to be able to understand businesses' positions in this regards.
Pré-requis recommandés :
It is advised that students own a general knowledge of the functionning of the European Union (institutions, relations between the EU and the EU Member States, and between the EU and third party States or regional or international organizations...)
Pré-requis obligatoires :
Slides will be provided during the first class at the latest. Students are required to read them in advance of the relevant class since the class will be limited to discussing a selection of slides.
