- Project Management - Project Management standards (PRINCE2 and PMBoK) - Agile project Management (Scrum and Kanban) - Information systems tools for project management (Jira, Trello).

- Understand what project management is and assimilate differences with operational management - Know and be able to use project management standards - Being able to create a Business Case and understand what project management through case study is (including the use of project management tools) - Understand and practice agile management.
