Biography
Agrégé des Facultés de droit, Professor of Public Law at the University of Paris-Dauphine, she directs the Master 2 "Law and Market Regulation" (291), open to apprenticeship, in initial and continuing education. In partnership with the LEDa-CGEMP and the Conseil d'Etat, she organizes the Rencontres dauphinoises de la régulation.
She is co-responsible for the "public economic law" section of the Revue Française de Droit Administratif (RFDA) and is in charge of the comments and annotations of the energy code (Dalloz).
She is also a member of the Sanction Commission of the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR), honorary president of the Association Française de Droit de l'Energie (AFDEN), member of the Scientific Council of the European Federation of Energy Law Associations (EFELA), member of the Energy Commission of the Lawyers' Club.
