Biography
François Pasqualini is Associate Professor of Private Law at the University of Paris-Dauphine. His research interests include business law, accounting law and comparative law. He defended his thesis in 1990 on the subject of "The true and fair view: a factor in the development of accounting law". He has also been an administrator at the French Centre for Comparative Law since 2012 and is involved in the creation of the Association for the Ecological Analysis of Law.
