Biography
Anne-Sophie Robilliard is an economist, researcher at the Institute for Development Research (IRD). Her research focuses on developing countries, particularly those in sub-Saharan Africa. Based on the analysis of microeconomic data on households, she examines issues related to the determinants of poverty and inequality as well as questions on women's participation to the labor market in relation to demographic dynamics and negotiation within the household. She also works on the question of the impact of public policies on poverty reduction and inequality by mobilizing both ex ante and ex post methods. She teaches the impact evaluation of public policies in Dauphine and microsimulation techniques at the Paris School of Economics (PES), IEDES-Paris 1 and ENSAE-Dakar.
