Governance
Management Committee
The Management Committee is responsible for the scientific and operational management of the Circle. It is chaired jointly by the Circle's directors and reports to the Management Committee.
It is responsible for :
- Defining the Circle's program of activities, and in particular the timetable for progress, the means to be used, etc.;
- Determining the composition of the team of researchers called upon to work within the framework of the defined program;
- The definition and review of the annual budget allocated to each part of the program.

Steering Committee
Defines the strategy and direction of the Circle. It approves the program of activities and the annual budget proposed by the Steering Committee.
Members of the Steering Committee are :
• The two directors of the Circle
• 2 representatives of the University: the Vice-Chairman of the Science Committee or his representative, and the Director of the affiliated research center (IRISSO) or his representative.
• 1 representative of each sponsor
• The Managing Director of the Foundation or his/her representative
