Contribute to training courses dedicated to digital transformation or environmental transition
The "Work in Transitions" Circle aims to contribute to Université Paris Dauphine - PSL's training programs dedicated to digital transformation or ecological transition, by developing courses on transformations in work and management, organizational change and social dialogue.
It supports associated Masters initiatives, for example in the form of Master's Tutored projects, on themes or issues proposed by members of the Circle and which could be the subject of a presentation in the conference cycle.
The "Work in Transitions" Circle could also be a focus for the design of new training courses for Dauphine Executive Education on targeted themes.

Artificial intelligence and social dialog certificate
Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the world of work in a major way, affecting production processes, human resources management methods and labor relations. Its massive deployment in companies raises fundamental issues for social dialogue, requiring an increase in the skills of the players involved.
In this context, it is imperative that social partners at all levels (professional sectors, companies...), employee representatives and HR decision-makers acquire an in-depth understanding of the implications of AI in order to anticipate its effects, secure its uses and support the induced transformations, if necessary by means of collective negotiation.
