Application and selection of athlete, artist and entrepreneur students

High-Level Athlete status (SHN in France)

The status of High-Level Athlete is based on inclusion in official lists of high-level athletes, drawn up and published each year in France by the French Ministry of Youth and Sport. The status of Good-Level Athlete (SBN in France) is an unofficial status, and is based on national or international recognition of high athletic ability, by the University, but without inclusion in the ministerial lists (testimony of coaches, club presidents or federation).

High-Level Artist status (EAHN in France)

The status of High-Level Artist at Université Paris Dauphine – PSL is for students who excel in the artistic area, in music, arts and crafts, theatre or dance. The status of artist (music, dance, dramatic arts) is based on recognition of the student’s level by a regional or national departmental conservatory (with a postgraduate certificate) and/or prizes or medals earned.

National Innovative Student Entrepreneur status (SNEE in France)

The Status of Entrepreneur requires the student to have obtained “Student Entrepreneur” status (from the Ministère de l'Education Nationale, de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche). Candidates must complete an application for examination by PEPITE committee. Selected candidates obtain their Student-Entrepreneur status when they matriculate in the Talents program.

Dauphine Talents in their own words

Robin BEILLAN

Your path : Bachelor's degree in International Organizational Sciences - Talents Program - Tennis

I play in the top team for the Tennis Club du 16e in Paris.

This season I hope to qualify for the semi-final in the French team championships, and why not the singles N2 title.

What motivates me in my sport? My family and friends and my coach.

Apolline Gallant

Your path : Bachelor's degree in International Organizational Sciences - Talents Program - Swimming

I belong to the Société de Natation de Versailles (SNV) swimming team.

What I like best about my sport is the opportunity to excel, both physically and mentally, and the atmosphere of the competitions.

My mantra: Hard work always pays off.

Émile VALIER

Your path : Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics - Computer science, Talents Program - Volleyball

I belong to the Paris Volley club training center, League A.

In volleyball you rely heavily on your fellow team members.

It’s impossible to win by yourself, even if you’re the best player in the world. You need to create a real team in order to perform.

Emma PERSON

Your path : Bachelor's degree in International Organizational Sciences - Talents Program - Gymnastics

I am an Elite Junior female trio base at Marly Acrobat’Club.

What I like the most: the team spirit, the blend of artistry and technique, the opportunity to excel, and of course the adrenalin rush of the competitions.

My goal this season? To win a medal at the French championships.
