Dauphine unveils a more responsible website
Université Paris Dauphine PSL updates its website with a new eco-designed version, to reduce its environmental impact while improving the browsing experience.
Lighter pages, optimized images, responsible hosting and greater focus on accessibility... the entire site has been redesigned to use fewer resources and make it faster.
Digital activity currently accounts for close to 6% of the world's footprint. In this context, websites play a far from negligible role. Reducing the size and complexity of these pages therefore has a tangible impact on the environmental footprint of our digital activities.
A site that reflects Dauphine's commitment
The site's design is based on the French General Eco-Design Framework for Digital Services (RGESN), and as such is in line with the university's environmental and social responsibility strategy.
This strategy fully reflects our university's ambition, namely to develop our practices and get our entire community involved in environmental and societal issues.
