Université Paris Dauphine–PSL earns EQUIS accreditation renewal for 5 years

After a rigorous audit phase that took place throughout 2025, Université Paris Dauphine has had its EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System) accreditation renewed for five years.

This fifth EQUIS accreditation underscores the strength and relevance of the strategy implemented by the university and its governance over the long term. It also admits Dauphine into the restricted circle of schools that will undergo a simplified re-accreditation procedure in the future.

With no more than 240 international schools accredited, Université Paris Dauphine-PSL confirms its spot among the world's top schools for economics and management.

This new EQUIS re-accreditation also bears witness to the importance of the international dimension in the university's strategy (partnerships for mobility, students and scientific collaborations, international campuses in Tunis, London and Dakar, etc.), while allowing development to continue further.

According to Bruno Bouchard, President of Université Paris Dauphine-PSL:"The renewal of this accreditation is a major recognition of our teams' daily commitment and of the excellence of our research professors and our students. It’s a testimony to our efforts in many essential areas, from training to research and environmental and social responsibility, and of course, relations with the socio-economic environment."

The jury lauded the following as strengths of Université Paris Dauphine-PSL: 

• The quality of the teaching and scientific research faculty, which is especially multidisciplinary as well as internationally recognized.
• The rigor of the academic training, whose thoughtfully-constructed and student-centered curriculum combines soft skills with innovative pedagogical outcomes.
• The very high caliber of the students, who are particularly proud to belong to Université Paris Dauphine-PSL, and perfectly embody the university's excellence and engagement.
• The strength of the ties with the local and national economic fabric, resulting in a solid network that offers the University a unique foothold in France.
• The focus on ethical engagement, responsibility, and sustainability (RSU) that have guided Université Paris Dauphine-PSL's strategic planning since 2016.

Université Paris Dauphine-PSL is one of the only public French universities to be accredited by EQUIS (246 institutions in 46 countries). It was first accredited for 3 years, in 2009 and in 2012, before receiving a five-year accreditation in 2015, and then another in 2020.
