Université Paris Dauphine – PSL reaches a new milestone in its diversity, equality and inclusion policy by signing the LGBTQIA+ commitment charter from the L'Autre Cercle non-profit organization for LGBTQIA+ inclusion in the workplace and in higher education.
In signing this charter, Dauphine is part of a national momentum, supported in particular by the ministry for Higher Education and Research, aiming to offer a respectful, safe and inclusive environment to all.

A foundational and concrete commitment
The L'Autre Cercle charter encourages signatory organizations to take concrete actions to prevent discrimination related to sexual orientation or gender identity, and to foster a welcoming climate for the entire community. Its commitments are as follows:
- promoting an environment free from all forms of discrimination, intimidation or violence;
- raising awareness and training staff, teachers and students about LGBTQIA+ issues;
- support for student initiatives and preventive actions;
- the explicit inclusion of these issues in internal policies and reporting systems.
A strategy in line with actions already undertaken
The signing of this charter is in keeping with the actions already taken by Dauphine in terms of combating discrimination and violence. The university has a monitoring unit for victim support and prevention, as well as a specific action plan to support LGBT+ individuals, adopted in 2024 and updated in 2026.
