Master's Degree - Business Law

Program Objectives

The Master's degree in Business Law features interaction with various disciplines at Université Paris Dauphine-PSL, such as Economics and Management. Through its two tracks, Business Law and European and International Business Law, as well as its specialized 2nd year of a Master's Degree (Business Law, Corporate Taxation, European and International Business Law, Insurance Law), the program meets today's professional requirements by offering a cross-disciplinary approach integrating legal, economic, financial, private and public dimensions.

A strong emphasis is placed on the international dimension, with courses in European and international law, as well as in English. Fluency in English is therefore a prerequisite for students.
