Master's Degree - Business Law

Program Objectives

The Master's degree in Business Law features interaction with various disciplines at Université Paris Dauphine-PSL, such as Economics and Management. Through its two tracks, Business Law and European and International Business Law, as well as its specialized 2nd year of a Master's Degree (Business Law, Corporate Taxation, European and International Business Law, Insurance Law), the program meets today's professional requirements by offering a cross-disciplinary approach integrating legal, economic, financial, private and public dimensions.

A strong emphasis is placed on the international dimension, with courses in European and international law, as well as in English. Fluency in English is therefore a prerequisite for students. The Master's program also encourages international mobility, allowing students to undertake a single semester of mobility.

Thanks to innovative, interactive training programs focused on working practice and backed up by a digital component, Master's graduates are fully prepared to meet the challenges of today's legal world.

Program Objectives:

  • Train business lawyers to fully understand the multifaceted realities of the corporate world
  • Align legal education precisely with the expectations of businesses and professional industries
  • Develop a high level of expertise in both advisory and litigation practices, enabling professionals to deliver well-reasoned written and oral solutions to real-world legal challenges
