Corporate Law - 214 - Master's Year 2

Program Objectives

The Corporate Law program has three main goals: to take a holistic approach to corporate law by combining a number of courses in private law with courses that take a more public approach. The program's faculty, a combination of legal practitioners and academics, also help students professionalize throughout the year. opportunity to participate in a legal clink in partnership with Francis Lefebvre Avocats and a required internship of three to six months' duration. The program also takes an international approach to corporate law, engaging with course content that introduces students to international legal issues and by featuring some courses that are taught entirely in English.

  • Acquire the legal reasoning skills to be able to both litigate and advise
