ADDA, the Dauphine Business Law Association
ADDA is uniquely organized around three entities:
- Its board: as the association's governing body, the board coordinates all its projects
- Its members: the driving force behind the association, without whom it would not existADDA is the association of the program in business law. This means that all students in the Master’s program in business law are members of the association.
- Its areas of focus:
- Professional and Institutional partnerships with law firms, companies, universities, grandes écoles, etc.
- Raising visibility (it is charged with the day-to-day management of the program’s communications)
- Legal news (Organization of conferences, writing of legal articles, organization of mock trials)
- Team-Building (Organization of inter-class events)
- Alumni relations (it manages the alumni directory and organizes the annual gala)
- International (Organization of partnerships abroad, meetings with alumni working abroad)
The Alumni Council is a mentoring and support committee composed of five alumni members including a president, and responsible for ensuring the transition of ADDA’s board members and the consistency of ADDA's activities from year to year.

A word from the Board
With its 23 years of existence, it is with determination that the Master 2 Business Law (Master 214) of the University Paris Dauphine-PSL begins this new school year.
It is with ambition that its directors, Sophie SCHILLER and Antoine LOUVARIS as well as the association of students (ADDA), will work again this year to develop the Master.
Master 214 students, selected from ever more numerous and serious applications, will benefit from lessons given by eminent professionals. The program, which is constantly evolving, is intended to be particularly transversal. The 2021-2022 promotion is distinguished first of all by its diversity in excellence.
In this regard, 83% of students hold a double degree and come from prestigious English business schools or universities. However, it is also the richness of the personalities who make up the Master 214 that makes it famous.
Intergenerational cohesion is a significant added value. The Association is organized so that each student is a member of a pole of it and actively participates in the development of the training. If perpetuating its traditions by organizing certain signature events (Lawyer's Cup, Gala and conferences) and maintaining its relations with its family of former students are essential missions, ADDA strives every day to grow the Master 214 by developing its relations with external stakeholders.
From this point of view, the international pole of the Association, newly created this year, aims to turn the Master even more towards foreign countries. The Association is then, like the teaching provided and the students selected, in a context of excellence. It promotes the Master to professionals and ensures the cohesion of its past, present and future members.
