Program Objectives
The goal of the major in Business Law and Taxation is to train high-caliber legal professionals wishing to pursue a legal or judicial career and offers students an introduction to research while requiring them to conduct research. Students gain theoretical and practical knowledge in all areas of public and private corporate law and taxation, as well as the extra-disciplinary knowledge and abilities necessary to their future careers.
The international dimension of the program is enhanced by international exchange programs and the fact that some courses are taught in English. Students are therefore educated in the international aspects of the legal profession.
Students on this course can go on to study one of the 5 Master’s Degree courses in the Business Law Master's program. They may also choose to take a gap year before enrolling in one of these programs.
Students are encouraged to get involved in the university’s many associations and its strong alumni network.
The Business Law and Taxation program allows students to study abroad for the second semester.
A "Research" track is available, allowing students to continue into the second year of the Master’s program.
