Teaching Modalities

The first year of the Master’s is divided into two semesters from September to May.

In the Business Law and Taxation academic path, in addition to the traditional Université Paris Dauphine - PSL teaching methods of small-group classes taught by French and Anglo-Saxon lecturers, two Business Games and a Moot Court have been introduced, putting students in real-life situations, tutored by partner professionals.

Students may also spend the second semester abroad.

Internships and Supervised Projects

In the Business Law and Taxation specialization, students complete a 2-month internship or take part in the Legal Clinic, which enables them to work with start-ups from the Université Paris Dauphine - PSL incubator under the supervision of a lawyer from a partner firm.

Students may take a gap year between the first and second years of the Master’s degree.
