After the first year of the Master's, students can choose from several M2 programs, either in full-time study or work-study formats. Before entering an M2, they can take a gap year if their course allows, to gain professional experience in France or abroad: internships, fixed-term contracts, civic service, entrepreneurship, additional training, etc.
In the second year of the Master's, students choose a specialization to refine their area of expertise and professionalize. They will benefit from high-level courses taught by Dauphine faculty members and external speakers from the business world.
Finally, the university helps students prepare for entering the job market through various professional projects or internship programs. As a result, Dauphine's recent graduates enjoy a very high employment rate.
In the case of a research Master's, the second year will help students best prepare their research project, with a view toward pursuing a PhD afterward.
