Academic Training Year 2026 - 2027 - subject to modification

Teaching Modalities

The 3rd year of the Bachelor's degree in International Management aims to strengthen students' international engagement and intercultural integration. It creates a mixed academic environment bringing Dauphine students together with international students, thus promoting exchange and diversity of outlooks. Instruction takes place entirely in English and mainly in the form of classes and tutorials, except for the core courses in management, which may be given in the form of lectures and small-group tutorials. Putting Dauphine students in groups together with international students helps them develop the essential linguistic and intercultural skills to enable them to work in globalized professional environments.
The school year is divided into two 12-week semesters.
Depending on profiles, the teaching methods and number of hours of classes may vary.

Students from Dauphine-PSL:

  • Students who choose to study abroad for one semester are systematically enrolled in the 3rd year of the Bachelor's degree in International Management and take classes from the academic track chosen from one of the three offered during their semester at Dauphine - PSL. Each academic track offers 3 core courses in management, to be accompanied by electives chosen from the different pools (2 to 4 electives depending on the number of ECTS credits, with a maximum of 6 ECTS per elective pool).
  • Students must set up an annual learning contract ensuring that the courses taken in Paris are consistent with those taken abroad during their study abroad semester. Students who do not take part in study abroad may also take the third year of the Bachelor's degree in International Management. In this case, they follow academic track 4, which means that, over the year, they can take all the core management courses (3 per semester) along with the electives of their choice from the various pools, to attain 30 ECTS per semester (limited to 6 ECTS per elective pool).

International stu dents:

International students may enroll in the classes of their choice, according to their needs and to the learning contract provided and signed by their university of origin, limited to 30 ECTS per semester.

Student learning is assessed in two ways:
- 100% continuous assessment for a great majority of the credits
- continuous assessment over the semester and a final exam for some credits

Classes begin: early September
Classes end: mid-May
Retake examinations: mid-June

Internships and Supervised Projects

Students are not required to do an internship or professional experience during the year. If they choose to do so, the dates of the internship must be compatible with the academic calendar of the host university for Dauphine students who study abroad for a semester.
