International Management - Bachelor's Year 3

Program Objectives

The 3rd year of the Bachelor's degree in International Management offers students the opportunity to further their knowledge in the main disciplines of management, while gaining an international perspective. The classes are taught in English and in a multicultural setting, introducing students to the professions, tools and practices of management as they develop the ability to understand and take on board cultural differences in decision-making processes, helping to prepare managers who are capable of operating in globalized environments.
By welcoming students from diverse backgrounds, this course satisfies two requirements: it offers students at Dauphine a program with a strong international dimension and it assimilates foreign students into academic life at Dauphine, providing adapted content and teaching that addresses global issues.

The program goals:

  • Acquire a firm grounding in the main areas of management (accounting, management control, finance, human resources, marketing*, strategy, etc.), while developing the ability to apply this knowledge in international and multicultural situations.
  • Develop intercultural and linguistic skills by immersing students in a multicultural environment, conducive to the exchange of views and preparation for professional challenges in globalized situations.
  • Further interdisciplinary skills (in quantitative tools, languages, etc.).
  • Improve students' personal and inter-personal skills (in project management and collaborative work).
