Testimonies

Marguerite Walckenaer
Promotion 2019 - Digital project Manager R&D at IPSEN

As a Digital project manager R&D at IPSEN, a French pharmaceutical company, my main mission is to support clinical teams to identify digital opportunities to improve the clinical studies’ conduct and our interactions with patients and healthcare professionals. I am also in charge of deploying and monitoring those digital solutions.

I believe the MIB was a major advantage in my job research mainly as it brought a lot of credibility to my applications. As a young graduate, I could put forward an 18 month apprenticeship at Sanofi which taught me a lot about the healthcare industry in itself but also skills about digital project management and agile and lean methodologies. This program has also strengthened my ability to analyze, synthetize and work in teams with international students and their varied educational backgrounds, which reflects the work environment in which I work today.

Sébastien Kfoury
Promotion 2020 - Program manager at Ashoka

I work for the French office of Ashoka, an international NGO that supports selected social entrepreneurs and leaders and encourages everyone everywhere to take action for greater impact and better future. My job consists in thoroughly selecting the next social entrepreneurs that will become part of the Ashoka Network worldwide and then supporting them by leveraging all the potential of the Ashoka France community, that includes top social entrepreneurs and top business leaders that work with the former to maximise their impact.

The MIB's international environment as well as its very broad and transversal curriculum have equipped me to navigate the complexity of the organization I am part of. Indeed, supporting social entrepreneurs and working with business leaders not only requires business skills that help understand their models, it also requires very diverse soft and hard skills to manage multi stakeholder actions and be able to address both strategic and operational issues.

Jules Ronne
Promotion 2019 - Junior brand manager at AFP

I started the MIB program during my first year of master degree as an apprentice at AFP (Agence France Presse). I was working as a product manager assistant. I really enjoyed the diversity of the MIB courses as well as the quality of professionals invited during those two years. One of the things I appreciated the most about the MIB was the mix of cultures, having so many nationalities within such a small group of people was an amazing experience.

After the MIB I wanted to acquire more technical skills, we had a workshop on web development during the year and I loved it. I felt like it would be a nice thing to learn more about web development and I joined a coding bootcamp right after my graduation.

I am currently enrolled in the graduate program of Unilever where I am junior brand manager. Even in the difficult time we lived in 2020, Dauphine and the MIB allowed me to find nice job opportunities.
