Program Objectives of the Master's Degree in Management and Organizations

The Master in Management and Organizations trains future consultants, entrepreneurs, project managers, managers, etc. They learn to create, transform and renew projects and businesses. They drive the innovative organizations of tomorrow. The training addresses management as an expertise and a set of professions. It is based on sharing an integrated vision of organizations, spaces for coordination, cooperation and collective action, in the context of contemporary transitions (digital, environmental, social, etc.).

  • Approach management as a profession and an expertise.
  • Reinvent management in order to take on contemporary transitions (digital, environmental, social, etc.)
  • Promote creative management by revisiting design parameters of organizations and their connections with their ecosystems.
