Business Transformation - MeM - 227 - Master’s Year 2

Program Objectives

This program prepares students to manage large-scale transformation projects for organizations, with the goal of optimizing their alignment with strategic choices. It aims to provide students with the tools, techniques, and methods allowing them to cross-functionally grasp the effects of changes in activity and business models on organizations, roles, and professions.

Program objectives:

  • Participate in change management through organizational diagnosis, recommandations, piloting, and support
  • Become an expert in fundamental management and project management methods
  • Model and optimize processes, and understand how processes intersect
  • Know how to analyze the impact of strategic change on organizational processes, operations, and resources


This program has three curricular options:

  • First and second-year Master’s degree with apprenticeship
  • Pre-experience training in the first year and apprenticeship in the second year (students may take a gap year in-between)
  • First and second-year double Master’s degree with LUISS (for more information, see the International section)
