Program Objectives

This program trains management and organizational consultants and management science researchers. It focuses on the connection between organizational and managerial change, digital transformation, and social transformation. Its aim is to train creative, critical researchers and consultants who can lead these transformations with confidence.

Program objectives:

  • Master consulting techniques (proposal writing, managing a consulting project, collaboration with a consultancy team, collaboration with clients, etc.)
  • Anticipate changes in the way we work (in the consulting sector but also for clients and general society) and organizational change;
  • Understand the various facets of organizational management and project management;
  • Model and manage organizational processes;
  • Adapt to different organizational types and methods
  • Nurture critical and analytical skills;
