After the Master in Human Resources Management’ first year, one specialization is available for a Master’s year 2 at the Université Paris Dauphine-PSL
After the first year of the Master's program in HR, students (except continuing education students) continue their studies in the second year of the Master's program, specializing in one of two areas: the Master's in Strategic Management of Human Resources and the Master's in Advice and Change Management.
Students in the apprenticeship program continue directly on to the second year of the Master's program track they selected when they applied. They continue their apprenticeship at the same company (two-year contract).
Students in the initial training program either continue directly on to the second year of the Master's program track they selected when they applied or do so after a gap year. However, if their career goals have changed and they would rather follow the other track, a committee will take their request under consideration and approve it or not.
Students may choose to take a gap year, or, alternatively, they may be asked to take one by the committee managing the second-year program track.
