Strategic Management of Human Resources - 231 - Master's Year 2

Program Objectives

The Strategic Management of Human Resources program trains future HR generalists or functional specialists in human resources. The program aims to increase their ability to understand the issues in human resource management and how these interact with individual and organizational issues, identify relevant paths of action, and convince decision-makers of the relevance, feasibility, and acceptability of their recommendations.

Program objectives:

  • Understand the breadth of HR responsibilities and their context and be able to assume the strategic and social responsibilities of a Director of Human Resources.
  • Design and manage relevant and innovative HR policies that align with organizational priorities and are likely to increase the appeal of the company and the motivation and loyalty of its employees;
  • Understand and synthesize the individual and collective issues at stake in decision-making processes;
  • Epitomize humane team management within an organization and ensure the respect of human values within it;
  • Lead and support organizational change;
