Business Transformation – MeM – 277 – 2nd year
This Double Master's Degree in Organizational Management with a specialization in Business Transformation was created in 2016 and takes place over two years (Master’s Year 1 and Master’s Year 2). Students on the program graduate with two Degrees:
- A Master's Degree in Management from LUISS Guido Carli University
- A Master’s Degree in Organizational Management – Business Transformation MeM from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL
The first year of the Master’s Degree program takes place in Rome and the curriculum is taught entirely in English. The second year, which takes the form of a “classic” apprenticeship, takes place in Paris, with around 50% of the curriculum taught in English. Dauphine-PSL students are encouraged to take a gap year between the first and second years of the Master’s Degree.
With the exception of a few credits that are specific to each curriculum (such as the apprenticeship in the second year), the approved subjects covered in one Degree program have a direct equivalent in the other program. Students are required to take a course in a second language during the first year of the Master’s Degree program: French for LUISS students and Italian for Dauphine-PSL students.
To complete their Master’s Degree studies, at the end of the second year, students defend a thesis before a jury of instructors from both institutions in Rome. The selection criteria for this Double Degree program include cumulative academic performance over the course of the Bachelor's Degree, English fluency (B2 minimum), a cover letter, professional experience, and the professional project.
Up to five students from Paris Dauphine-PSL and five students from LUISS may be selected for this Double Degree program each year. Note: students apply for the Double Degree program at the same time that they are applying for the Master's Degree in Organizational Management with a specialization in Business Transformation.
Students can choose one of the two following options: with Double Degree/without Double Degree (we recommend checking the box to indicate a desire to be considered for the Double Degree program). Candidates applying for the Double Degree program should indicate this in the header of their CV.
Even if a candidate is not successful in their application to the Double Degree program, they will still be considered for the two-year Master’s Degree in Organizational Management with a specialization in Business Transformation in Paris.
