Biography
Alix Perrin is full professor. At Dauphine-PSL, she teaches several courses in public law, in various fields, from L1 to M2.
She teaches introductory courses in public law (L1), administrative law (L2), public contracts (L3), administrative litigation (M1), public business law (M1) and Compliance in the Master 2 (291) Market Law and Regulation.
She also teaches courses in urban planning and construction law at the INFN and a course on "Smart City Contracts" in the Master 2 Smart city and Data Governance at the University of Burgundy.
She defended a thesis at the University of Paris II-Assas on Injunctions in French Public Law.
She is also the author of a Dalloz Memento on Administrative Litigation and has published several jurisclasseur booklets in this field (on appeals, appeals for abuse of power, preliminary questions).
His research work and publications deal more generally with general administrative law, public property law and internal and European public procurement law.
She writes an article-by-article commentary on the 2014 directives on public procurement and concessions for the Bruylant publishing house.
Alix Perrin has also taken part in numerous examination boards and competitions, notably for the ENA, ENM and CRFPA.
Since 2019, she has been a member of the CNU in section 02 Public Law.
