Biography
I am a CNRS research fellow at IRISSO. My research focuses on the power relationships at play in health and environmental policies in the chemical sector (industrial chemicals, drugs, pesticides).
The research I am currently conducting in the context of the ANR funded AMAGRI project on policies for the reduction of antibiotics in animal husbandry, and those I have conducted in the context of ANR funded MEDICI project (2017-2019) on conflicts of interest in the field of drugs, are in line with the work I have been conducting for nearly ten years on the role of industries in the production of scientific knowledge. Previously, I had investigated the development, implementation and instrumentation of the two regulatory schemes that are at the heart of Toxiques légaux, the book I published with Éditions La Découverte.
In recent years, I have been a visiting scholar at Harvard, at the Kennedy School of Government, for one year and I have taught at EHESS, Université Paris-Est, Université Paris-Descartes and the Paris School of International Affairs (PSIA). In the framework of collective projects, I organized a series of national and international conferences, the last of which fed into the preparation of a book to be published by a British publisher.
