Organizational Sciences Madrid - Bachelor's degree Year 1

Program Objectives

The first year of the Bachelor’s in Organizational Sciences Madrid provides multidisciplinary training in economics, management, law, social sciences, and other quantitative disciplines.
The teaching content is identical to that in Paris, but relocated to Madrid, with the only difference being the language of instruction (approximately 50% in English and 50% in Spanish).

  • Successfully integrate students into university life by supporting their transition from secondary to higher education,
  • Help students with different educational backgrounds perform at a desirable level and assimilate to working independently,
  • Provide them with a foundational education in management, economics, social sciences, and law,
  • Give students an early experience of the professional world with an internship or job, through a special option enabling them to visit companies,
  • Enhance students’ linguistic abilities (in English and Spanish) and prepare them to be immersed in an international environment, with a particular focus on interculturality. Becoming acquainted with the Spanish-speaking world is a priority in Madrid.
