Program Objectives

The MIAGE – Computer Science for Business Intelligence track aims to provide students with scientific skills to improve how organizations function by using software tools for business intelligence and applying a scientific approach. So the goal is to enable future professionals to acquire dual expertise in computer science.

Program objectives:

  • Gain extensive skills in general computer science and computer science for business intelligence (databases, data warehouses, new information technologies, etc.)
  • Gain scientific skills to understand organizations and their strategic imperatives and improve how they function
  • Be able to model and solve decision-making problems using various decision support tools
