Master's Degree - Corporate Law

Program Objectives

The Master's in Corporate Law stands out for its cross-disciplinary approach to modern corporate challenges. It offers two specialized Master 2 academic paths, emphasizing strategic areas like Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and finance to meet the evolving demands of the job market.
The program is designed to develop versatile legal professionals equipped to excel in critical sectors such as compliance, sustainable development, financial services, and corporate restructuring.

Program Objectives:

  • Analyze the key challenges businesses face through the lens of social responsibility and globalization,
  • Guide companies in making informed social and financial decisions,
  • Support businesses in implementing compliance measures and engaging with regulatory authorities,
  • Assist companies in pre-litigation and litigation processes. Lead contractual negotiations effectively,
  • Conduct contractual negotiations,
  • Enhance professional skills and communicate persuasively, both orally and in writing, within a legal framework.
