Management and AI - 350 - 2nd year Master's degree

Opening of this track for the 2026-2027 academic year

Program Objectives

The Master's in Management and AI trains students to meet the strategic, technological and ethical challenges of integrating AI into organizations.

Artificial intelligence, and in particular generative AI, is experiencing rapid growth in the business world. More and more organizations are exploring these technologies as levers for transformation, innovation and performance. This dynamic raises complex issues, requiring professionals to have both a technical mastery of AI tools and an in-depth understanding of their organizational impacts.

The Master's degree in Management and AI responds to this need by preparing students to grasp the multiple dimensions of AI: from data science to systems governance, via risk analysis, process modeling and change management. The adoption of these technologies is not limited to their operational deployment: it implies an in-depth transformation of management practices and decision-making logics.

The Program develops skills in machine learning, natural language processing and the ethics of algorithms, while training students to manage innovative projects, mobilize multidisciplinary teams and support the digital transition responsibly. Future graduates are prepared for high-stakes positions, where they will not only have to implement AI solutions, but also ensure their strategic coherence, economic added value and social acceptability.

Program objectives:

  • Design innovative solutions
  • Ensure the efficiency and performance of deployed AI solutions
  • Ensure compliance, safety, acceptability and ethics of their implementation
  • Support organizational change and employee training

The aim of this academic path is to train managers with a solid command of technologies and an in-depth understanding of business issues.

The fact that this course is offered on an alternating work-study basis is in line with other existing apprenticeship courses within the Master's degree, and reflects the desire of the teaching teams to offer companies experienced future employees.
