Education and Research in Law
Université Paris Dauphine-PSL Law School brings together a Graduate Program, two Masters programs, a doctoral program and the Dauphine’s Research Center in Law (CR2D). Focusing on current legal, economic and international issues, the law school promotes interdisciplinarity and academic excellence, and creates synergies between theory and practice.
Law courses offer a cross-disciplinary legal curriculum integrating Management and Economics. The programs, which feature a wealth of international collaborations, are designed to train versatile professionals capable of mastering legal regulation in a complex and diversified economic context, including its global aspects. They also give access to competitive selection exams for regulated professions.
Dauphine’s Research Center in Law (CR2D is committed to multidisciplinary legal research, combining law with economics, management, politics and sociology. The center collaborates with various national and international legal bodies and academic institutions. CR2D is renowned for the excellence of its scientific output, and its dynamic team is strongly committed to collective research. Their main areas of research focus on the corporation in an international context, the regulated corporation and new tools for workers’ compensation.

Every Master's and PhD student at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL will join a Graduate Program. With courses in and through research, this newly structured Master's and PhD program will allow you to build a career plan year after year, whether you decide to pursue academic or industrial research, the private sector, or entrepreneurship.
Backed by the CR2D research laboratory and associated with the law research teams at ENA and ENS - PSL, the graduate program includes a Master's degree that brings students closer to research. Acquiring the skills required for research careers
The doctoral program in law is supported by Dauphine's Research Center in Law (CR2D - EA 360), which hosts some thirty doctoral students in law.
In addition to the supervision provided by their thesis directors and the activities carried out within the framework of the Doctoral Program in Law and the SDOSE Doctoral School, doctoral students benefit from a stimulating scientific environment in which to carry out their research. CR2D regularly organizes seminars and colloquia on its areas of research.
The distinctive feature of this program is that it is built by the doctoral students themselves, at their own pace and in line with their field of study, throughout their thesis years.

Created in 2012, Dauphine's Research Center in Law (CR2D - EA 367) centralizes all research in law - public and private - at Université Paris-Dauphine PSL. It currently has around thirty research professors, all specialists in business law, public and private, domestic, European and international, who run a wide range of law programs, from Bachelor's to Master's degrees and Doctorates.
