Bachelor - Law

Program Objectives of the bachelor's Degree in Law

The Law degree is multi-disciplinary, professional and demanding. It is made up of two tracks: a double degree in Law and Management, and a second track focusing on public law.
The Law degree enables students to acquire the fundamental skills of private and public law, while opening up to other organizational sciences. It benefits from the quality of the teaching staff at Dauphine - PSL, and from the university's close links with the professional and social-economic worlds.
Admission to the Law degree requires a legal background in the first and second years of the Licence program. Teaching takes place in the form of classes and tutorials, in small classes, which encourages a special bond between the students themselves and a high degree of interactivity with the teachers who supervise them.

Program Objectives of the bachelor's Degree in Law :

  • Acquire fundamental legal knowledge in private and public law, while developing multi-disciplinary skills in management, economics and social sciences,
  • Teach students to think for themselves and to approach legal situations from a theoretical and practical angle,
  • Develop their knowledge of Common Law through specialized courses taught in English,
