Management and Organizational Management - Bachelor's Year 3

Program Objectives

After two years of interdisciplinary education, students in the third year of the Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Management begin to learn about topics specific to management and apply that knowledge to the major disciplinary areas related to the field. Students are educated in management careers, tools, and practices and are introduced to the study of decision making.

Program objectives:

  • Acquire a firm grounding in the different areas of management (accounting, management control, finance, human resources management, marketing, strategy, etc.),
  • Develop interdisciplinary skills (in quantitative tools, languages, etc.),
  • Professionalize (through activities such as a professionalization workshop and an internship) and develop interpersonal and relational skills such as project management and collaborative work.
