Program Objectives
The objective of the Magistère in Management from Dauphine is to train highly adaptable students who are prepared to lead change in three years (L3-M1-M2). The program first launched in 1985 and offers a broad-based, career-oriented, international education.
Program objectives:
- Instill cross-cutting and comprehensive knowledge of current business issues in future managers,
- Give students the opportunity to contribute to a range of projects in various sectors during two non-consecutive internship years,
- Devote a whole year to the international experience, offering students the choice of either a year at a partner university or a semester at a university and a foreign-language internship abroad,
- Teach two modern languages in the curriculum: English (70% of courses are taught in English in the final year) and Spanish (suitable for beginners),
- Encourage students to engage with the surrounding environment and the world by offering a wide range of associations, study trips, and classes focused on art, morality, business simulations, supervised projects, etc.
