Public Policy: Bachelor's Year 3

Program Objectives

The third year of the LISS Bachelor’s degree - Public Policy is aimed at students who have taken previous university classes or BL preparatory classes in social science. It focuses on public law, local politics, and legal sociology. The program is a natural conduit to the Master’s programs offered at Dauphine-PSL and to the Master’s degree in Public Policies in particular.

Program objectives:

  • Approach the issues facing modern society from an informed sociological point of view,
  • Be able to conduct a legal and political analysis of changes in the law,
  • Develop skills in critical thinking and synthesis,
  • Prepare for work/study abroad,
  • Gain access to the outstanding Master’s programs at Dauphine and PSL in Public Policies; Institutions, Organizations, Economics, and Society; Law and Public Governance; International Action and Development; Peace Studies, etc.).
