The Digital Transformation Manager addresses issues specific to a particular department (production, customer service, marketing, finance, human resources...), internal communication, as well as interactions with external stakeholders (prospects, clients, shareholders, suppliers...).
The goal is to integrate and leverage technology to remove bottlenecks or difficulties the company faces, in order to improve its services or productivity.
