Notarial Law - 313 - Master's Year 2

Program Objectives

The coursework in the Notarial Law program trains future upper-level notaries through a combination of classic notarial training and specific training in economics and management. The program was created by request of the Chambre des notaires de Paris in 2008 to respond to a specific professional need.

Program objectives:

  • Deepen the kinds of theoretical and practical knowledge that facilitate an understanding of the main traditional and emerging issues in notarial law
  • Be aware of evolutions in the international aspects of records
  • Gain the technical economics and management skills to exercise notarial law in a corporation in the future
