Objectives
The Dauphine Tax Administration Association (ADAF) is an association for students and alumni of “Tax Administration, International Program” at Université Paris-Dauphine - PSL.
The association aims to:
- Create and maintain an international network for the exchange of information, practices, and experiences.
- Promote research and training
- Organize and host national and international meetings such as seminars and colloquia, etc.
- Undertake studies and publish journal articles about contemporary issues in taxation
- Create an intergenerational link between students from different promotions
To become a member, you must:
Be a current or former student of the international program in tax administration and agree to the association’s by-laws.
The international network: ADAF-Pays
There is a national organization called ADAF-Pays in every country whose residents include at least one former student of the program.
ADAF-Pays are represented by:
- A national secretary (the minimum, in the occurrence where there is a single member)
- A treasurer
- An organizer
ADAF is present in many countries:
Benin - Côte d'Ivoire - Gabon - Guinea - Haiti - France - Madagascar - Mali - Morocco - Mauritania - Niger - Central African Republic - Democratic Republic of Congo - Chad - Togo - Tunisia - Latin America.

The annual conference
Each year, the Master 227 of Paris-Dauphine University and ADAF organise an annual colloquium which aims to bring together many members of tax administrations and specialists to reflect on a topical issue. The last colloquium was held in July 2023 in Lomé at the invitation of the Commissioner General.
At previous conferences, CREDAF, the French Directorate General of Public Finances, the OECD and members of foreign tax administrations took part in the discussions.
