Program Objectives
The Magistère in Management Sciences is a three-year integrated program (from the third to the fifth year of higher education) that trains high-level, versatile managers. Graduates master effective methods essential for business development and also possess an excellent command of foreign languages, enabling them to engage confidently with the international business world.
It is also possible to enroll only in the third year of the Magistère program, which grants the Master's degree in Global Management.
- To train, in small groups, managers with a cross-sectional and global understanding of the current challenges facing businesses.
- To transmit the fundamentals of management through a team of teachers and numerous professionals.
- To allow the experience of different missions in various sectors with 2 non-consecutive years of apprenticeship and, optionally, a 6-month internship abroad.
- To prioritize international experience during a full year with the choice of a year at a partner university or a university semester and an internship abroad in a foreign language.
- To maintain two living languages in the curriculum: English and Spanish (accessible to beginners in Spanish) and to develop professional use of English (70% of the courses in English in the final year).
- To open young people to their environment and the world through a rich associative life, study trips, and specific teachings: art, history of religions, business games, tutored projects...

Ranked in the top 50 universities in the world (THE and QS), PSL offers excellent graduate programs at the Master's and PhD level, which benefit from the scientific capabilities of its member institutions. The degree is prepared at Université Paris Dauphine-PSL and awarded by Université PSL.
