Program Objectives

The Magistère in Management Sciences trains, over 3 integrated years (L3-M1-M2), 30 high-level young managers who are proficient in the most effective management methods, capable of adapting to any context, and of leading change projects. This program, created in 1985, is characterized by both a generalist and professionalizing education, with an international focus due to 2 years of apprenticeship and 1 year abroad. The objectives of the training are:

  • To train, in small groups, managers with a cross-sectional and global understanding of the current challenges facing businesses.
  • To transmit the fundamentals of management through a team of teachers and numerous professionals.
  • To allow the experience of different missions in various sectors with 2 non-consecutive years of apprenticeship and, optionally, a 6-month internship abroad.
  • To prioritize international experience during a full year with the choice of a year at a partner university or a university semester and an internship abroad in a foreign language.
  • To maintain two living languages in the curriculum: English and Spanish (accessible to beginners in Spanish) and to develop professional use of English (70% of the courses in English in the final year).
  • To open young people to their environment and the world through a rich associative life, study trips, and specific teachings: art, history of religions, business games, tutored projects...
