An International Outlook
The Data-Driven Decisions and Digital Economics track allows students to earn the QTEM (Quantitative Techniques in Economics and Management) certificate, which offers valuable job placement opportunities for students in the program, particularly abroad. The QTEM network draws on partnerships between the academic and professional spheres at an international level, by connecting 16 large companies and 25 colleges across the globe.
Students from the DE program that are selected by the QTEM network get the chance to spend a semester studying at a foreign university within the QTEM network, as well as complete an internship abroad, in two separate countries. Relationships with academic and institutional partners that have been formalized by the network will therefore benefit interested Master's students, helping them to secure future employment.
Exchange program with the University of Padua, Italy
Up to three students enrolled in the D4E master can spend their first semester (September to December) at the University of Padua, immersing themselves in courses and a learning environment that complement their home program, particularly in digital economics.
Both programs share a strong emphasis on quantitative methods and the application of data analytics to economics. At the University of Padua, students will follow courses aligned with cutting-edge topics such as machine learning, market design, and management of digital companies, which are also important areas of study at Paris Dauphine.
This exchange is exclusively available to students already enrolled in Université Paris Dauphine – PSL. It represents a valuable chance to deepen their expertise in digital economics while benefiting from the academic and cultural diversity of studying at one of Italy’s leading universities.
For more information on the program at the University of Padua, see here. Interested students can contact the Master’s coordinator in Paris to learn more about the exchange program.
