The university gives you the option of housing per semester or per year in a student residence
Contact the Dauphine Housing Department to assist you in your formalities and help you better plan your stay.
The housing units offered are located in one of the CROUS residences in Paris or Saint-Ouen, a 45-minute commute by public transport to the University’s campus. Rents range from 500 euros to 800 euros (premium studio), all costs included.
If you choose to make a housing request through the Dauphine Housing Department, you'll be asked to pay a 180-euro housing assistance fee beforehand. These fees only apply to housing applications handled by the Housing Department. They provide access to different services:
- A housing offer
- A confirmation letter to help you secure a visa
- Advice on housing insurance and securing a rental bond
- Help in setting up a French bank account, if necessary
- Information on various sources of housing assistance (e.g. CAF, the family welfare agency in France), as well as how to receive it.
NB:
If you are coming to Paris Dauphine University as an exchange student, there are no specific steps for you to complete until you receive a letter from the Housing Department, which will ask you about your housing requirements.
For the first semester, you'll be sent information in mid-May, and in mid-November for the second, depending on the admissions calendar of the entity.
