European and International Business Law - Master's degree Year 1

Program Objectives

The goal of the European and International Business Law track is to train high-caliber legal professionals wishing to pursue a legal or judicial career in France or abroad and offers students an introduction to research while requiring them to conduct research. Students specialize progressively: in M1, they acquire theoretical and practical legal knowledge in the fields of international business law, as well as domestic private business law and taxation.

Students in this program continue their studies in Master’s Degree International and European Business Law - 240. They may also take a gap year between the end of 1st year of a Master's Degree and the start of 2nd year of a Master's Degree.
Students are encouraged to get involved in the university’s many associations and its strong alumni network.

A "Research" track is available, allowing students to continue into the second year of the Master’s program.

Program objectives:

  • Benefit from a cross-disciplinary legal studies program in domestic and international business law, incorporating elements of management
  • Be exposed to various perspectives from the full range of business law professions via the large number of specialized tracks available in the second year
  • Enable students to consider an international career path
  • Prepare for admission exams to the legal professions (CRFPA, ENM).
