European and International Business Law - 240 - Master's Year 2

Who can apply?

  • Students who have completed a BAC+4 degree (a four-year degree worth 240 ECTS credits) or equivalent at Dauphine, a grande ecole specializing in business, or another university or institution of higher education in France or abroad in the following areas: law (general, public, private), corporate law, international law and European law
  • English-language fluency (TOEFL score: 100 for students wishing to go abroad in semester 2.)
  • The following are held in high regard:

- Expertise in foreign languages
- University exchange program (such as Erasmus)
- Double degree programs
- Work experience, particularly abroad (an internship in a legal office, a company, or an institution, for example)
- Volunteer experience in the legal field (European or international)


How to apply?

There are three steps to the admissions process:

  1. An online application
  2. Eligibility for interview is determined after reviewing the application
  3. Interview with candidates, followed by admissions decision.

The application should include the following:

  • Cover letter in English The letter should be precise and indicate the candidate’s career goals as well as their reasons for applying to the European and International Business Law program.
  • Proof of English fluency (TOEFL, TOEIC, or IELTS results) required for students wishing to study abroad in the second semester.
