Who can apply?
- Students who have completed a BAC+4 degree (a four-year degree worth 240 ECTS credits) or equivalent at Dauphine, a grande ecole specializing in business, or another university or institution of higher education in France or abroad in the following areas: law (general, public, private), corporate law, international law and European law
- English-language fluency (TOEFL score: 100 for students wishing to go abroad in semester 2.)
- The following are held in high regard:
- Expertise in foreign languages
- University exchange program (such as Erasmus)
- Double degree programs
- Work experience, particularly abroad (an internship in a legal office, a company, or an institution, for example)
- Volunteer experience in the legal field (European or international)
How to apply?
There are three steps to the admissions process:
- An online application
- Eligibility for interview is determined after reviewing the application
- Interview with candidates, followed by admissions decision.
The application should include the following:
- Cover letter in English The letter should be precise and indicate the candidate’s career goals as well as their reasons for applying to the European and International Business Law program.
- Proof of English fluency (TOEFL, TOEIC, or IELTS results) required for students wishing to study abroad in the second semester.

Registration fees at Dauphine are established according to the different systems (national laws, tax household income, etc.).
Scholarships and Social Assistance
Funding packages are offered to Master's degree students in association with the CROUS, the Dauphine Foundation and corporations.
Funding through work-study programs.
Some Master's degree programs offer work-study training. Students are then paid and their tuition fees covered by the host company.
