Program Objectives

The Economics and Management of Health and Medico-social Organizations track prepares students to become directors, managers, heads of research, or consultants in health and welfare organizations. Both the initial training program and the apprenticeship program take a holistic, interdisciplinary approach that aligns with current trends in the field.
 

Program objectives:

  • Master the economic analysis and monitoring tools used in the health sector;
  • Define and implement facility plans, support organizational change;
  • Be responsible for the management of operations, budget, and human resources;
  • Understand and apply French and European social legislation;
  • Take a holistic approach to organizational structure;
  • Conduct projects that involve creating problem statements, gathering information, and analyzing results
